Kaitlynn Ihrke has been baking for almost 15 years, specializing in custom and creative cakes. She grew up in Plant City, FL and now resides in Tampa, FL. She loves collaborating with artists and participating with other bakers on Instagram from all over the world.

The ladies behind Cake Ladies of Tampa Bay are an amazing group of women, and also men, who have helped through the journey in becoming a baker.

They are friends and family who have been a constant support system. Some have stayed up until 2am sitting at the kitchen table working on an order.
